Where Is Paradise Hills?
Paradise Hills is in east Henderson, in ZIP 89002, just south of Interstate 11. The neighborhood takes up most of the block bounded by Horizon Ridge Parkway on the west, Greenway Road on the east, Mission Drive on the north and Paradise Hills Drive on the south. The City of Henderson's homeowners-association map shows the Paradise Hills association area on almost exactly those lines. Two small subdivisions along Greenway Road, Mount Hope Highlands and Mission/Greenway, sit inside the block but are separate. Streets inside include Twin Berry Court, Rose River Court, Black Olive Street and Silver Star Street.
The name covers more ground in City planning documents than it does on the MLS. The City of Henderson's planning maps use "Paradise Hills" for a planning area of about 1,700 acres. That area also takes in Palm Hills, a separate guard-gated master plan northwest of Horizon Ridge Parkway and Mission Drive, along with several other associations. This page covers only the numbered Paradise Hills plats.
