Tresor is in the City of Henderson, southwest of West Horizon Ridge Parkway. Its courts and lanes, including Riley Ridge Court, Faucon Court and La Nain Lane, branch off Shaded Canyon Drive, which City of Henderson street maps show meeting West Horizon Ridge Parkway, a major street. The vicinity map on the recorded plat also shows US 95 and Horizon Drive nearby.
The City of Henderson's master-plan map places Tresor inside the 548-acre Black Mountain Vistas master plan, and the Clark County Recorder's map carries that name: "Tresor aka Black Mountain Vistas Parcel G." The final map (Plat Book 161, Page 59, recorded March 2, 2020) covers 72.24 acres with 122 residential lots and three common elements, and sets a minimum lot size of 7,407 square feet. An amended map recorded September 1, 2021 (Plat Book 165, Page 81) re-subdivided the lots to increase their depth into the common element.
Why Does Tresor Have Its Own Page?
Although it was recorded as Parcel G of Black Mountain Vistas, Tresor differs from the original parcels in every way that matters to a buyer. It was mapped more than 20 years later, has its own association, and its homes are roughly two to four times the size of the 1999 to 2004 homes and townhomes on Parcels A, B1, B2, C and K. The City of Henderson's association map does not place Tresor inside the Black Mountain Vistas Master Association area.
Keeping Tresor on its own page keeps its listing figures separate from the older parcels, and the Black Mountain Vistas page leaves Parcel G out of its plat list.
