How the home value report works

1

Enter your address

Type your street address in the box above and press Get Started. Confirm the home, or edit the address if it picked the wrong one.

2

Choose View Home Value

The report opens in a Nevada Real Estate Group panel provided through our partner Fello. Enter your email address to unlock your personal report.

3

See your estimate and market trends

Your dashboard shows an estimated home value and up-to-date market trends for your home. It is an automated estimate, with its own disclaimer, not an appraisal.

4

Get a precise CMA when you’re ready

Automated estimates can’t see condition, upgrades, a lot premium or a view. When you want a price you can list at, a NREG agent will prepare a free comparative market analysis using the closest recent sales and your home’s details.

Frequently Asked Questions

How accurate is this home value estimate?

It is an automated estimate. Automated valuation models work from public records and recent sales, so they can't see your home's condition, upgrades, view, lot or what has changed inside since it last sold. Treat the number as a starting point. For a price you can list at, ask a NREG agent for a free comparative market analysis (CMA): the agent compares your home with the closest recent sales and accounts for what the models miss.

Where does the estimate come from?

The report is provided through our partner Fello, which draws on automated valuation models built from public property records and sales data. It is not an appraisal and not a NREG agent opinion of value. The report shows its own disclaimer next to the estimate.

Why does the report ask for my email address?

The report is a personal home value dashboard for your address, so it asks for an email address before it opens. By continuing you agree to hear from Nevada Real Estate Group about your home; the consent wording appears on the form. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Will using this commit me to anything?

No. Getting the report does not commit you to selling or listing with us. A NREG agent may reach out to answer questions or offer a free CMA, and you can say no thanks.

What if the report has no estimate for my home?

Some homes are hard for automated models to value: unusual properties, homes with little recent sales activity nearby, custom estates or homes with major changes since the last sale. If the report can't show a confident number, it points you to a professional estimate. Ask a NREG agent for a free CMA and we'll prepare one for you.

Should I list at the estimated value?

Not on its own. The right list price depends on your timeline, your home's condition compared with recent sales, current days on market in your area, and how prices are moving. A NREG agent's CMA weighs all of that. Use the estimate to start the conversation, not to set the price.
