I’m Kimberly James, a Las Vegas Realtor who is passionate about helping people feel confident, supported, and truly cared for throughout their real estate journey. Whether you’re buying your first home, relocating to Las Vegas, looking for your next investment, or preparing to sell a place filled with memories, my goal is to be the person in your corner, advocating for your best interests every step of the way.

Originally from Parma, Ohio, I made the move to Las Vegas in 2007. I was ready to trade snowy winters for sunshine (and California prices made Vegas look like the perfect choice!). Over the years, this city has become my home, and I love helping others discover everything that makes Las Vegas such a unique place to live.

My approach to real estate is simple: listen first, educate always, and put people before transactions. I believe the best real estate experiences happen when clients feel heard, understood, and protected. My job is not just to open doors, it’s to provide guidance, negotiate fiercely on your behalf, and make sure you have someone you trust beside you during one of life’s biggest milestones.

Beyond real estate, I’m also a yoga teacher and a proud board member of Share in the JOY, a nonprofit supporting foster youth in our community. Giving back and creating meaningful connections have always been important parts of who I am, and I bring that same heart and commitment into serving my clients.
